"Cath runs regular yoga sessions for PSS. We are committed to the wellbeing of our staff and in house yoga sessions are a great way for people to relax their minds as well as their bodies. As a regular attendee I can tell you that Cath is an excellent yoga instructor with a style that makes the sessions fun as well as relaxing. I can wholeheartedly recommend her".
Leslie Dixon, CEO
Tom Harrison House, the first drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre in the UK for ex-service men and women
“I have been in the treatment centre for nearly 12 weeks and have attended Yoga each week. During this time I have improved physically due to the poses and the stretches and I feel physically stronger and more agile. I have had a broken ankle and I now have a metal plate inside to support it and Cath's sensitive teaching allows me to participate in all the class/postures with modifications so as not to hinder my ankle but to help rehabilitate it. Yoga has more importantly helped me mentally. I find the meditation relaxing, calming and rejuvenating. I never thought I would like Yoga or that it would help me as much as it has. If you are open minded I am sure it could help anyone. I would strongly recommend Yoga for anyone especially those in treatment ”
