My modern approach to yoga re-educates the nervous system by mapping healthy movement pathways. Promoting mobility over flexibility, function over form, building strength and developing balance to bring the body into more harmony. It’s trauma Informed, injury sensitive and accessible for all. Re-connecting with the body in an intelligent and somatic way to notice how we are, how we feel and how to respond to ourselves most appropriately.
My embodied and mindful approach quietens the nervous system helping you to find inner stillness, peace, blissful surrender and presence of mind. It offers you that pathway home. Whether you join the Fully Embodied package or just the Mindspace package for meditation practice you are gifting yourself the much needed space and ‘you’ time to help you slow down and switch off from the frantic ever changing external world we are living in.
